Welcome to HYPERCORES . By accessing or using our website and services, including but not limited to AI tools, marketing services, token mining, educational packages, and our Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) system (collectively, "Services"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. You acknowledge that you have evaluated the value of our products and Services and deemed them satisfactory prior to making any payment. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-disputable under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we determine that you are under 18, your account will be terminated immediately, and no payments or refunds will be issued.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility, and the Company bears no liability for stolen, hacked, or compromised accounts.
  • Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another individual or entity is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their accounts terminated immediately, and no payments or refunds will be issued.

4. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments for Services, including AI tools, marketing services, token mining, and educational packages, are final and non-refundable.
  • By making a payment, you waive any right to dispute, chargeback, or seek reimbursement through any means, including legal action or third-party payment providers.
  • Any issues with deposits or withdrawals (e.g., blocked transactions) are the sole responsibility of the User, and the Company will not incur any costs or liability related to such matters.

5. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Program

  • The Company reserves the right to modify the MLM plan, including commission structures, tiers, rewards, or any other aspect, at any time without prior notice. Such changes are at the Company’s sole discretion and are binding on all Users.
  • Participation in the MLM program does not guarantee income. Earnings depend solely on individual effort and compliance with these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which will result in immediate account termination without payment or refund:

  • Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another party.
  • Directing Users collectively to competing systems or platforms offering similar services.
  • Promoting or advertising competing systems or services through any means, including on our platform or elsewhere.
  • Attempting to hack, phish, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the security or functionality of our Services.
  • Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Termination

  • The Company may revoke marketing rights from inactive Users’ accounts after a minimum period of one (1) year of inactivity. In such cases, the User will retain ownership of purchased products (e.g., AI tools, educational packages), but will be removed from the marketing team and forfeit any further MLM-related benefits or commissions.

8. Local Laws and Regulations

  • Compliance with the laws and regulations of your country of residence is your sole responsibility. The Company is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of our Services in your jurisdiction.
  • The Company is not responsible for any restrictions, penalties, or issues related to deposits, withdrawals, or use of our Services due to local laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or account access.
  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services and is not responsible for any technical issues beyond its control.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of HYPERCORES , without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
